- Below the box, choose and click "Custom Level."
- Scroll down until one comes across "Scripting."
- Look for the area labeled "Active Scripting" and choose "Enable."
- Click OK. Now JavaScript is turned on.
Turn on JavaScript for Mozilla Firefox
- Open the web browser for Mozilla Firefox.
- Select "Tools" in the menu bar which is at the top of the screen.
- Choose the tab marked as "Content."
- Click the box to leave a check mark to the option "Enable JavaScript."
- Click OK. Now JavaScript is turned on.
Turn on JavaScript for Apple Safari
- Open the web browser for Apple Safari.
- Select "Preferences" in the menu bar which is at the top of the screen.
- Choose and click the tab marked "Advanced."
- Choose and click the tab marked "Scripts & Plug-ins."
- Click the box to leave a check mark to the option "Enable JavaScript."
- Click OK. Now JavaScript is turned on.
